We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
•    Unused
•    In its original packaging
•    In the same condition that you received it
To start a return, please contact us at icklewitch@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY

🔁 Return Shipping
•    If the item is not faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
•    If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

🎨 Personalised & Custom Orders
Please note that personalised or custom-made items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order designs) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
